Caf Unsubscribe Instructions

Unsubscribing from Caf is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling Caf Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Caf and tap on it.
Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling Caf Subscription on Android:

Open the Google Play Store.
Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
Select Caf and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling Caf Subscription on Paypal:

Log into your PayPal account.
Click the Settings icon.
Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
Find Caf and click Cancel.

Congratulations! Your Caf subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete Caf from iPhone or iPad:

To delete Caf from your iOS device, follow these steps:

Locate the Caf app on your home screen.
Long press the app until options appear.

L'application Caf - Mon Compte est gratuite et vous permet d'accéder de manière simple, pratique et sécurisée aux informations relatives à votre dossier d'allocataire.
L'application vous demande l'autorisation d'accéder à vos photos/multimédia/fichiers pour vous permettre de joindre des pièces justificatives lorsque cela est nécessaire et à l'état de votre réseau Wi-Fi pour vérifier votre connexion en cas d'erreur de l'application. La Caf reste très soucieuse de la sécurité et du respect de vos données personnelles. Pour vous connecter, vous devez utiliser votre numéro de sécurité sociale et votre mot de passe personnel (alphanumérique). Après votre 1ère connexion, vous pourrez aussi vous connecter via la biométrie (empreinte digitale et/ou reconnaissance du visage) ou le dispositif FranceConnect.
