CardKeep Unsubscribe Instructions

Unsubscribing from CardKeep is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling CardKeep Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find CardKeep and tap on it.
  5. Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling CardKeep Subscription on Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select CardKeep and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling CardKeep Subscription on Paypal:

  1. Log into your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
  4. Find CardKeep and click Cancel.

Congratulations! Your CardKeep subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete CardKeep from iPhone or iPad:

To delete CardKeep from your iOS device, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the CardKeep app on your home screen.
  2. Long press the app until options appear.
  3. Select Remove App and confirm.

Delete CardKeep from Android:

  1. Find CardKeep in your app drawer or home screen.
  2. Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
  3. Confirm to uninstall.

Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

CardKeep allows you to securely storage all of your important cards such as medical cards, membership cards, credit cards and more. All of your data is securely stored in your own personal iCloud storage. You can add cards, delete cards, and view cards. You can also store a note along with each card for additional information. The app allows you to keep a copy of the front and the back of the card and store an expiration date for card that expire like gift cards.
