Unsubscribing from CheckMy!Box is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling CheckMy!Box Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find CheckMy!Box and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling CheckMy!Box Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select CheckMy!Box and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling CheckMy!Box Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find CheckMy!Box and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your CheckMy!Box subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

To delete CheckMy!Box from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the CheckMy!Box app on your home screen.

- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete CheckMy!Box from Android:
- Find CheckMy!Box in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

What is CheckMy!Box?

Multiple FRITZ!Box devices can be configured (e.g. Private, Office etc.). In addition you can combine several lists as groups to easily get an overview across all your devices.
The voice box messages and received fax documents will be downloaded from the Fritz!Box, stored within the app and can be accessed also in offline mode when your iPhone cannot connect to the Fritz!Box. Access to the FRITZ!Box is also possible outside your local WiFi network if the option "Grant access to storage to users from the Internet" is enabled and you configured the MyFRITZ! service or a dynamic DNS domain name in your Fritz!Box.
