Cl@ve Unsubscribe Instructions

Unsubscribing from Cl@ve is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling Cl@ve Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Cl@ve and tap on it.
  5. Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling Cl@ve Subscription on Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select Cl@ve and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling Cl@ve Subscription on Paypal:

  1. Log into your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
  4. Find Cl@ve and click Cancel.

Congratulations! Your Cl@ve subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete Cl@ve from iPhone or iPad:

To delete Cl@ve from your iOS device, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Cl@ve app on your home screen.
  2. Long press the app until options appear.
  3. Select Remove App and confirm.

Delete Cl@ve from Android:

  1. Find Cl@ve in your app drawer or home screen.
  2. Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
  3. Confirm to uninstall.

Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

Cl@ve es un sistema para identificarse electrónicamente en las relaciones con las Administraciones Públicas.

Si no está registrado en Cl@ve, podrá registrarse desde esta APP.
Si está registrado en Cl@ve, podrá activar este dispositivo con su DNI/NIE mediante un SMS o con su certificado electrónico.
