CMC Speed Test Unsubscribe Instructions

Unsubscribing from CMC Speed Test is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling CMC Speed Test Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find CMC Speed Test and tap on it.
Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling CMC Speed Test Subscription on Android:

Open the Google Play Store.
Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
Select CMC Speed Test and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling CMC Speed Test Subscription on Paypal:

Log into your PayPal account.
Click the Settings icon.
Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
Find CMC Speed Test and click Cancel.

Congratulations! Your CMC Speed Test subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

The application collects only network quality data, which is completely anonymous and securely stored in the Communications and Media Commission's database. This data is used exclusively for regulatory purposes, including monitoring the quality of services provided by Internet and mobile network operators, identifying areas with connectivity issues, and detecting locations where network performance is insufficient to support everyday digital services.

To improve the quality of Internet services across Iraq, the CMC relies on accurate and reliable data from users. By using CMC Speed Test, you contribute to the Commission's efforts to guide mobile and fixed Internet service providers in enhancing network performance, improving service quality, and delivering a better connectivity experience for all citizens.
