Unsubscribing from Confinapp is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling Confinapp Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Confinapp and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Confinapp Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select Confinapp and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Confinapp Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find Confinapp and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your Confinapp subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Una de les principals funcionalitats és un assistent virtual basat en intel·ligència artificial (IA), orientat a donar resposta a les principals inquietuds o dubtes que aquesta crisi genera entre la ciutadania, des d’aspectes relacionats amb les mesures d’higiene i salut; els desplaçaments permesos i prohibits durant l’Estat d’Alarma; certificats i tràmits administratius; cobertures d’assegurances; aspectes tributaris; ajuts i mesures de suport a treballadors, empreses i autònoms; dubtes sobre el curs escolar, etc. Un assistent cognitiu que interactua amb els ciutadans.
ConfinApp incorpora, a més de l’assistent, altres funcionalitats com ara la generació del certificat autoresponsable de desplaçament en format digital descarregable, la possibilitat d’adjuntar el certificat d’empreses de serveis essencials per als desplaçaments de les persones treballadores i un test de velocitat de connexió a Internet de la persona usuària per conèixer l’estat de la connexió i identificar possibles incidències.
