Unsubscribing from Contact Groups is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling Contact Groups Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Contact Groups and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Contact Groups Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select Contact Groups and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Contact Groups Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find Contact Groups and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your Contact Groups subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

To delete Contact Groups from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the Contact Groups app on your home screen.
- Long press the app until options appear.
- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete Contact Groups from Android:
- Find Contact Groups in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

This app creates and manages Groups in the Apple Contacts app database directly on the iDevice. The groups and their members are stored in the Contacts database. If it is in an iCloud account then iOS manages the synchronisation automatically.
The app makes it very easy to create groups of frequently-used contacts eg those people you call frequently without having to search for them in Recents or putting them all in Favourites. All on your iDevice without having to resort to laptops or web-based apps to manage the Contacts that are on your device.
The app can display and edit a Contact's details using the same interface as the Apple Contacts app.
Contact first name, last name and organisation are checked when searching (iOS11+) to filter the contacts in a list - those in the current group or those not in the current group.
