COVapp Unsubscribe Instructions

Unsubscribing from COVapp is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling COVapp Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find COVapp and tap on it.
Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling COVapp Subscription on Android:

Open the Google Play Store.
Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
Select COVapp and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling COVapp Subscription on Paypal:

Log into your PayPal account.
Click the Settings icon.
Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
Find COVapp and click Cancel.

Congratulations! Your COVapp subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete COVapp from iPhone or iPad:

To delete COVapp from your iOS device, follow these steps:

Locate the COVapp app on your home screen.
Long press the app until options appear.
Select Remove App and confirm.

What is COVapp?

Delete your match account/profile permanently:

COVapp gives you the opportunity to participate in scientific research. When you have created an account (emailaddres and phonenumber for 2-step verification login), you can login and use the app. The app doesn't collect any personal information. You can fill in a daily diary (list of symptoms) and see information about the virus and see FAQ about it. When you start, you have to give your consent, else you can't fill in the daily diary and the app doesn't collect this data. The app does not collect any other data from your device, other then the you manually enter (symtpoms).
