What is Formed?
Why is it so hard to break a bad habit:
Building new habits is hard, let Formed makes it easy by letting you set a target by which your habit will become second nature (that's the carrot) and offering you the option to make a commitment to your friends, who will get notified in case you fail (that's the stick).
-Build good habits
You can use Formed to track any habit you want, whether it's 3 times daily, once weekly, or monthly, whether it's a fitness or health habit, personal habit, or something related to studying or work, you can track it all here.
-Break bad habits
Breaking bad habits is also supported, simply set the habit you'd like to avoid and track the time you've gone without doing it.
