Friends Unsubscribe Instructions
Unsubscribing from Friends is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling Friends Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Friends and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Friends Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select Friends and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Friends Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find Friends and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your Friends subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete Friends from iPhone or iPad:
To delete Friends from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the Friends app on your home screen.
- Long press the app until options appear.
- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete Friends from Android:
- Find Friends in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

When you get matched, you have 24 hours to tell us whether you want to stay connected to your match. If either you or your match doesn't say yes, the connection will disappear! If you both say yes, you'll stay permanently connected, unless you want to manually remove the connection, of course.
Once connected, you're able to send messages, or hop into a video room exclusively for both of you, where you can video chat to get to know each other!
