Canceling Gardaland Express Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Gardaland Express and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Gardaland Express Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select Gardaland Express and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Gardaland Express Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find Gardaland Express and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your Gardaland Express subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Save time with the new Gardaland Express App; use it to reserve your turn on rides in a quick and easy way. How? It’s really easy:
• Download the app
• Accept the consent requests for NFC, push notifications and camera
• Go to the “Express” section and link your ticket or season/membership pass by framing the QR code. If you wish to add other people to the queue with you, link their tickets or season/membership pass as well.
• In the “Attractions” section, choose the ride you wish to go on, select the people you wish to add, and click “Join the queue”
• Around 5 minutes before your turn, you will receive a notification telling you that “It’s almost your turn!”. Move towards the ride and you will then receive a message saying “It’s your turn”; go to the Gardaland Express entrance and rest your smartphone on the turnstile to gain access... and have fun!
