Luminos Unsubscribe Instructions

Unsubscribing from Luminos is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling Luminos Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Luminos and tap on it.
  5. Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling Luminos Subscription on Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select Luminos and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling Luminos Subscription on Paypal:

  1. Log into your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
  4. Find Luminos and click Cancel.

Congratulations! Your Luminos subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete Luminos from iPhone or iPad:

To delete Luminos from your iOS device, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Luminos app on your home screen.
  2. Long press the app until options appear.
  3. Select Remove App and confirm.

Delete Luminos from Android:

  1. Find Luminos in your app drawer or home screen.
  2. Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
  3. Confirm to uninstall.

Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.
