Unsubscribing from MediSOS is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling MediSOS Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find MediSOS and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling MediSOS Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select MediSOS and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling MediSOS Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find MediSOS and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your MediSOS subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

MEDICAL SIREN
Activate the MediSOS emergency siren if you find yourself in a medical emergency and need to attract the attention of people nearby so you can get help. The siren can be activated by pressing the big SOS button in the app or via the Widget and Apple Watch Complication. To prevent accidentally activating the alarm, there is a 5-second countdown before the siren activates. The siren can be stopped when viewing the medical ID when first responders get to you.
