MyUniSalerno Unsubscribe Instructions
Unsubscribing from MyUniSalerno is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling MyUniSalerno Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find MyUniSalerno and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling MyUniSalerno Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select MyUniSalerno and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling MyUniSalerno Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find MyUniSalerno and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your MyUniSalerno subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

There are two different access modes, a Private and a Public one. To access the Private Area, you must have University credentials.
Once logged in, the student will be able to access their profile. Here it will be possible, among other things, to register for an exam, accept the vote, get information about your university career.
The student will also have a series of useful links to move easily within the UNISalerno world.
