Unsubscribing from TEFpad is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling TEFpad Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find TEFpad and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling TEFpad Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select TEFpad and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling TEFpad Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find TEFpad and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your TEFpad subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

To delete TEFpad from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the TEFpad app on your home screen.

- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete TEFpad from Android:
- Find TEFpad in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

The files you have created on your device with TEFpad can be edited and saved without any limitation.
Warning: You can edit files not created with TEFpad or imported into TEFpad, but only the first 16 measures can be saved. Likewise the app does not allow copying the contents of one of these files into another .tef file. To get rid of these limitations, you can upgrade to TEFpad Pro (available as an In-App purchase).
