Unsubscribing from TelloUp is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling TelloUp Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find TelloUp and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling TelloUp Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select TelloUp and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling TelloUp Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find TelloUp and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your TelloUp subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

To delete TelloUp from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the TelloUp app on your home screen.
- Long press the app until options appear.
- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete TelloUp from Android:
- Find TelloUp in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

Tello nasce con un'impostazione di fabbrica che lo limita ad un'altitudine di 10 metri.
L'app permette di impostare un livello di altitudine più basso o più alto di 10 metri fino ad un massimo di 30 metri (limite imposto dal firmware del drone).
Spesso, per scattare una bella foto qualche metro in più può essere necessario ed utile; oppure se si vuole limitare il drone per motivi di sicurezza è possibile impostare un'altitudina più bassa come ad esempio 1 metro o 2 metri.
Con una bassa altitudine potrai far divertire anche i più piccoli.
