TIM Modem Unsubscribe Instructions
Unsubscribing from TIM Modem is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling TIM Modem Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find TIM Modem and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling TIM Modem Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select TIM Modem and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling TIM Modem Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find TIM Modem and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your TIM Modem subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete TIM Modem from iPhone or iPad:
To delete TIM Modem from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the TIM Modem app on your home screen.
- Long press the app until options appear.
- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete TIM Modem from Android:
- Find TIM Modem in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

1. Visualizzare, gestire, aggiornare e riavviare il tuo modem TIM (attualmente solo in visualizzazione per alcuni modem FWA)
2. Verificare lo stato della linea Internet; eseguire il test di velocità della linea, il test di raggiungibilità dei servizi internet, il test di navigazione e il test del segnale FWA
3. Verificare e modificare la configurazione Wi-Fi del modem, accendere, spegnere e ottimizzare le reti Wi-Fi, gestire e condividere la rete Wi-Fi Ospiti, controllare il traffico e la qualità Wi-Fi dei dispositivi collegati, verificare la velocità della rete Wi-Fi, eseguire il backup/restore Wi-Fi (utile se sostituisci il modem TIM), visualizzare e condividere il QR Code Wi-Fi della tua rete
