Vivifrail Unsubscribe Instructions
Unsubscribing from Vivifrail is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:
Canceling Vivifrail Subscription on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find Vivifrail and tap on it.
- Press Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Vivifrail Subscription on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select Vivifrail and tap Cancel Subscription.
Canceling Vivifrail Subscription on Paypal:
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find Vivifrail and click Cancel.
Congratulations! Your Vivifrail subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Delete Vivifrail from iPhone or iPad:
To delete Vivifrail from your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Locate the Vivifrail app on your home screen.
- Long press the app until options appear.
- Select Remove App and confirm.
Delete Vivifrail from Android:
- Find Vivifrail in your app drawer or home screen.
- Long press the app and drag it to Uninstall.
- Confirm to uninstall.
Note: Deleting the app does not stop payments.

What is Vivifrail?
Programa vivifrail para personas con limitaciones para caminar y levantarse de la silla:
Esta App permite clasificar a las personas mayores, basándose en las conclusiones realizadas en el marco del proyecto Erasmus+ denominado Vivifrail (www.vivifrail.com), en función de su riesgo de pérdida de capacidad funcional, dependencia y riesgo de caídas. Una vez el anciano ha sido categorizado, la App propone la realización de un programa individualizado de entrenamiento físico multicomponente para la prevención de la fragilidad y caídas en mayores de 70 años (© Mikel Izquierdo. El programa de entrenamiento físico multicomponente está basado en una serie de ejercicios que permitirán, dependiendo del nivel de capacidad funcional del anciano (limitación grave, limitación moderada y limitación leve), y permitirá desarrollar:
• La fuerza y la potencia, tanto de brazos como de piernas.
• El equilibrio y la marcha, con el fin de evitar las caídas.
• La flexibilidad.
• La resistencia mediante ejercicios de cardiovascular.
Siguiendo estos sencillos programas, un anciano puede mejorar la capacidad funcional, así como evitar el síndrome de fragilidad y riesgo de caídas.
Esta App permite:
