XuntaEu Unsubscribe Instructions

Unsubscribing from XuntaEu is easy. Follow these steps based on your device:

Canceling XuntaEu Subscription on iPhone or iPad:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions.
Here, you'll see all your active subscriptions. Find XuntaEu and tap on it.
Press Cancel Subscription.

Canceling XuntaEu Subscription on Android:

Open the Google Play Store.
Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap the Menu icon, then Subscriptions.
Select XuntaEu and tap Cancel Subscription.

Canceling XuntaEu Subscription on Paypal:

Log into your PayPal account.
Click the Settings icon.
Navigate to Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments.
Find XuntaEu and click Cancel.

Congratulations! Your XuntaEu subscription is canceled, but you can still use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

What is XuntaEu?

XuntaEu é unha app para axudar a relacionarnos coa administración electrónica da Xunta de Galicia.
Permite recibir avisos personalizados, xestionar usuario de Chave365 (cambiar clave de acceso, renovar, modificar teléfono móbil ou darse de baixa) ou consultar expedientes e presentacións igual que na sede electrónica. Tamén permite consultar citas coa Administración, a verificación de documentos electrónicos firmados, e a consulta e modificación dos datos de contacto, dirección etc. da Carpeta Cidadá. XuntaEu ademáis permite a consulta de apoderamentos recibidos e outorgados, aceptar ou rexeitar notificacións do Sistema de Notificacións de Galicia (notifica.gal), así como consultar tarxetas e certificados persoais como poden ser:
• Carné xove
• Carné profesional de operador/a de guindastre móbil autopropulsada
• Carné profesional de operador/a de guindastre torre
• Carné profesional en instalacións térmicas de edificios
• Certificado de habilitacións profesionais
Facilita ter sempre dispoñibles as tarxetas persoais no teléfono móbil. Estas conteñen un código QR que permitirá a súa validación por terceiros. Tamén ofrece a posibilidade de cargar dita tarxeta nun wallet xenérico no dispositivo.
A autenticación na app será mediante usuario e clave de Chave365. Durante o primeiro acceso recibirase un código PIN por SMS que deberá indicarse na app para confirmar que se trata dun dispositivo de confianza.
