I downloaded Diabetes Tracker Log: Diabetly on a free promotion and, like others wasn't happy to sign-in with my Apple ID.

When I open the app it asks to log my first glucose reading to "Get Started." Problem is that my data are measured in mmol/L and there is way I can see to enter it with respective decimal value.

Where are instructions to set preferences?; in other words, how do I change the measurement units, set "do not track" and access the other features/parts of the app shown in screenshots when the App is stuck on the Get Started screen without a way to access settings or an FAQ instructions option?

(And where/how will I find a solution/answer to my issue?)
