  Why your customer service are too much poor and the details that you want to get if the account was being hacked are imposible to give??? You have already give the voucher of the diamonds that was being purchased from the first and to the last, why still you need the device, the time of registration year, months and day??? How stupid!

  No bro don't say that currently after the update moonton doesn't even ask for anything now someone hacked my account and he did 1 recharge i and i tried to retrieve they didn't ask anything and gave me the account but other day he hacker again retrived the account because they won't ask for any info i have everything so one day i use the account other day he plays again n again both retrieving
  I hope they change this soon flag changed ign changed ??
