I’ve seen such success from each habit, as I improve. I’ve reduced inflammation, pain, & sinus issues. Plus I notice more energy, a positive mood each day. Bottom line …encouraged to continue (and challenged to share with family)

Whoa this is a big step for me. Lots of “unusual” ingredients for me to try. Yikes! I DEFINITELY had to add stevia to some of those smoothies. Not sure how one could drink cocoa powder with nothing to offset the bitterness of it. I like this challenge though and will keep plugging along. I also like all the informative guides. Lots of info. And the shopping lists are super helpful.

So easy to use and the recipes are delicious! Such a accessible cleanse with whole foods without hidden product placement. I’ve done a lot of juice cleanses and they are so sugar based although natural. Love the educational aspect as well. I feel like this app is supporting me with the best team without spending a fortune. Bravo.

Well I’ve been following this app for a little while often on but it finally caught on I finally got into a regiment and started doing what I was supposed to be doing and I’m so thankful I did my husband and I don’t like sugar anymore we don’t buy it and things he’s lost 25 pounds because of it she was sugar can do to you everybody get on the bandwagon and make a change in your life make a decision do it now don’t wait till it’s too late sugar is the biggest killer🙀💜🙏🏽
