I love these games and the game play for this one was just as good as the past games. However, there was way too much dialog to have to read through. That became annoying.
Also, these games are choice for me because they are challenging and free. I don’t mind waiting for keys because the game play is so fun. But I don’t like that now there is content I can’t access without paying. That turns me off to the whole franchise.

I got this game on winter break. My parents don’t ussualy let me have this much screen time on winter break, but since I got this game, they have made an acception. My dad likes helping me and is engaged in it just like me. I know it must take a lot of time and energy to make a single chapter. So I’m ok with not having as many options for story lines in the detective kate series. I love the trapmaker series. TSM!

I’m a huge fan of detective Kate Gray, and her stories never disappoint. Storylines are captivating, puzzles are intelligent and keep me interested while still being solvable. Other Haiku classics like Haunted Hunt keep me wanting more (please do a sequel to HH and/or Midnight Carnival!) and offer a refreshing twist on the protagonist’s perspective.
Also have to add that these games are all playable without paying or waiting too long… a rare find for such outstanding gameplay. Thank you!
