★★★★☆No Longer Eligible
Great App to use when needing to purchase something you don’t have the full amount for at the time. Afterpay has helped me on numerous occasions and splitting up the payments is so much more convenient and makes things that I want more affordable. Although I’ve used this app multiple times, I recently went to use it again and seen that they no longer serve WV which really bummed me out.
I’m assuming they just added WV to the list. I would rate 5 stars but felt as if the users of Afterpay that

Love it but wish they had more retailers and more payment options besides split in four, at least give six or eight pays like zip is doing now, other than that its perfect and allows you to change the due date when needed....

Now with the update you have to pay a finance fee for purchasing gifts cards and then they call themselves verifying you but really they running your credit which is some bs. I will stop using after i pay off my other installments..

I’ve been a customer for a very long time and iam so disappointed I can no longer use gift cards because it asked me to verify my address and ssn which I did and there app did not take my address which was the correct address I did call spoke to them and they said they could not do anything about it yet I always pay my bill on time even earlier than iam supposed to and for no one to help fix my account is terrible that shows u how much they care about there customer

I literally spoken with a representative who told me that they will apply my credit back to my account. I have waited 24 hours to see if my credit has been applied and they have lie and recorded it on email stating that they will be putting my credit back on my account and did not do that. They also waited three weeks later to even give me a call backon any issues that I had with them. They are very poor respondent. There is not a number to even call them you have to wait until they feel like ca

as a first time user i have to wait 6 weeks to get my stuff. I only have 2 things in my cart and I can't freaking get it . As a new user who been told by people that this a great app. Why do i have to wait 6 weeks. This makes me want to delete it and now use it. i'm not that type of person but this makes me upset
