Compared to Gigapixel AI, this upscale tool is absolutely terrible. It doesn't make text crisp, faces become horrifying halloween masks, and it actually reduces detail more than it adds (and this is regardless of the upscaler model chosen). It basically seems like they're using a simple sharpening algorithm rather than any sigificant AI contribution.
