This may be the gold standard for how every airline should make their mobile app. Great UI and a TON of details about your flights that other apps cheap out on. The strangest thing about this app is how much it makes Air Canada’s desktop website feel poorly designed.

Every time I fly Air Canada it’s a lovely experience. Such polite staff and very clean. Provides pillow and blanket and two meals + drinks for international flights. Can watch so many movies and play games on the in seat screens. Only thing I wish is that the airplane had wireless earbud connection available.

Works ok. But lots of annoying details: many pages take you to a browser instead of being in-app. No autofill. No auto-caps on fields like name. Signing up and creating an account had I think 3 levels of “check your email for a code” “we’ll text you a code” “click this one more time”.
