This app came out a couple years ago and had only a few cases. They've stepped it up and filled in some of the holes. It's still a little choppy,having made useful tables and notes but mixed them in with cases so they're hard to find. And surprisingly, many very common cases are left out (ENT stuff, some common urology cases, and more) so it is not comprehensive by any means, but they're on the right track.
