The Ascension One app itself works well—easy to navigate, view results, message providers, and schedule appointments. It’s a solid patient portal app. Unfortunately, the bureaucracy behind Ascension One makes everything harder than it needs to be: bureaucratic and uncaring. The app is fine; the organization running it is the problem.
