★★☆☆☆So many issues
Honestly this is the worst clothing app to use, it’s unfortunate because I like a lot of what they have as a picky person, but when half the time the stuff doesn’t come in the right size, and now my most recent 100$ order has just been cancelled for seemingly no reason, I probably won’t be using anymore

My daughter uses the Giftful app to give gift ideas and links. I used those links to the website and just found out that the app has cheaper sales prices. ASOS would not credit the sale price to the items I haven’t even received yet. This is very disappointing as we are frequent customers of ASOS. Lesson: use the app not the website.

I love all the trendy stuff this shop sells. There consistently restocking! I love that i can filter what im looking for. BUT i do wish i was able to filter the fabrics choices. Im someone who chooses quality or the price.
★★★☆☆Sent wrong item twice
I ordered a pair of women’s brown suede riding boot and got a PU leather lace up boot instead. I went in and reordered thinking it was just a one time error. The second order came and once again it too was wrong. There is no way to get the right boot since you cannot contact ASOS live. The item number apparently is incorrect on the website. Now I’m stuck with returning 2 pairs of boots I did not order. Highly disappointed!

My only suggestions for improvement regarding the app include the following: 1. that we be allowed to keep more than 500 favorites in our list; 2. that we be allowed to keep discontinued items permanently because ASOS for me is more than a purchasing venue. It is also a style inspiration. 3. That we be allowed to favor asos fashion from other asos countries (ie ASOS AU, ASOS UK, etc) and they show up in our own, personal curated board.
