Atoms - from Atomic Habits

This app is very thoughtfully designed. Loved the features that encouraged habit tracking, habit stacking, accountability partners, and quick snippets of wisdom. This will slot nicely into my morning routine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Like this app, it helped me create a habit, I only use the free version because as others did state it does seem expensive per month, and annually yes you save money, but in these times not everybody can pay for things up front. I still like the app and still look forward to doing my habit I’ve instilled in my life because of this app. Maybe down the road they can offer first responder discounts, military discounts, and student discounts to their premium version then I’m sure more people would

Great app. Love the book and the emails and the app completes the package with a well thought out form of accountability
