User Reviews and Ratings
★★★★★ Audio Kit, v1.0, Seller: Sinusoid Pty Ltd (4+)
This is one of the best values on the web. The program is well written and very functional with good instructions.
★★★★☆ very good for the price
This is a fun app for geeks. Physics teachers will find it handy, especially. I wish there were some control over the FFT display - it would be nice to look more closely at narrower frequency ranges. One flaw that bothers me is the artifacts from the sine-wave generator at high frequency. Presumably due to aliasing, a low frequency tone is often produced. Young people who can actually hear signals at >12 kHz probably won't notice it.
★★★★☆ seems pretty solid
I would like to see a peak hold option in the FFT, that would be the most beneficial for quick tunings.
Also, might as well throw a sine wave sweep in there as well. Adjustable start stop hz and length of time it takes to complete the sweep.
★★☆☆☆ Slow, limited utility
All of the features you'd want are here, but bone of them are executed particularly well. The FFT looks nice, but it's not responsive, and the resolution is low.
The oscilloscope looks nice, but it can't zoom out very far and it's slow. Basically useless for transient signals. Couldn't figure out how to use the trigger mechanism.
There are better apps out there that do the same thing but better. Keep looking.
★★★★★ Good combination of Audio apps

This App uses windowing in the FFT to reduce noise. Good resolution (3 ranges selectable).
Useful for checking feedback. Handy to have the built in signal generator and SPL meter also. Scope is expandable in both directions. Plenty responsive. Good value for money.
