I decided to leave a 5-star review because, well, this works as advertised. As an American, I can only say that I envy Germany for having an eID system and I’m honestly surprised by their ability in implementing this despite their affinity to paper. Anyways, out of all the German bureaucracy that I have to deal with, this part is honestly pretty alright and they should be commended on how well this works.

it asks for extended length in combi of my iphone 10 and ios 14.2

I like that htis app synchronized easily with the same app on my iPhone. I had to repeat the procedure a number of times before I got the verification. What was difficult to me is that different step, different instructions appeared on the Mac and the iPhone, so I wasn't always sure what to do first. I know this sounds "doppelgemoppelt" but I would suggest that the same instructions for both devices appear at the same time on both devices, then there's no confusion as to what to do next. Thanks.

Ausweisapp sagt Kartenlesegerat braucht treiber. Webseite sagt macOS auf dem neusten Stand und braucht kein Treiber. Es ist schon komisch wieso wir diese komischen Wege gehen um auf diese Basic daten zugriff zu haben. Benutze den digitalen Ausweis einmal alle 2 Jahre. Und muss jedes Mal minimum 4 Stunden aufwenden um das Ganze zum Laufen zu bekommen. Komische Unis die wir in DE haben. Schwer gute Noten zu bekommen, und das Resultat ist kreativlose Programmierung.
