★★☆☆☆ Freezes/locks up and support is not great.

Avoid the app when doing transactions like purchases, upgrades, trip check-ins. I got charged for a seat upgrade but my boarding pass didn’t show it because the app locked during the check-in process where I paid for the upgrade. When I emailed about the issue, they just sent me my boarding pass. No mention of resolving the seat upgrade I didn’t receive.

★★★☆☆ Add Boarding Pass to Wallet not working

Just I want to inform you that adding boarding pass to wallet gives an error “Notice: The Passbook could not be generated”
