The App needs improvements such as face recognition and ease of navigation. Mainly it's needs an overhaul.

I was only able to select next available, I could not choose future dates. Other than that, it is good, but that was frustrating to not be able to select any date.

It took me 23 minutes to make an appointment. The time it took to search for a time was incredibly long. Like the app froze. Then it reset your location and day if you tapped the wrong address/day.

Convenient but very slow when making appointments

It’s a convenient app but once you include info in a pet profile you cannot change it without calling the vet or doing it in person. It’s unnecessarily difficult.
