Seriously. And I’ve played a LOT of crappy app games. And quite a few decent ones, and even a handful of good ones.
But if you’re into ANYTHING RPG, Turn based, real time strategy, if you EVER enjoyed anything like FFTactics, Ogre Battle, Kingturn, any of the Pathfinder or Baldurs Gate games, D&D or anything in any of those veins, this might just become your new favorite game too.

My favorite game on the App Store. Easily the best strategy game I’ve ever played and deserves all the praise I could find for it. My actual only 2 complaints, minor though they may seem; would be the dragging to move units and the scale of the game itself. The game doesn’t fit well on my phone but I imagine it’s better on tablet. Unit movement is very meticulous and takes a LOT of getting used to. Other than that this game has LOADS of content and you’ll never get bored with it. Huge learning c

Straightforward, tactical/strategic, horse, bowman, heavy infantry, spearman, footpads and magic user characters with terrain features that accentuate or limit their abilities. The tutorial is solid and has you up and running and playing in no time.
Really great game with nice plot scenarios that are well thought out. Nice gem on my phone.
