So far I’ve made money I had enough to cashout but for some reason it took some $6 from me and the game I was playing didn’t give me one of my challenges

Started using the app over a month ago which made few successful withdrawals. However over 2 weeks ago kept attempting to withdraw the rewards I earned but kept getting blocked by the “under review” board which was supposed to be 48 hours (still happening as of today) and the customer service team weren’t so responsive despite their promise to keep me updated (been over a week since last response) so what is it going to take to both get a response with updates and get my rewards before I report

★★★☆☆App problems
I have recently downloaded an app through their link and followed all directions. Yet no reward has been sent to my account. I have contacted customer service and they never fixed the problem. Was a good app last year, this year they are still having more problems.

I have had a considerably poor experience when it’s come to getting payouts for more than the bare minimums. This seems to be the experience of a lot of others, as well.
While I could write customer service, I would far prefer to see them pay the way they say they will. The burden should not be on the customer to pester Benjamin to keep their word.
As soon as I’ve gotten my initial $25 payment, I’ll be deleting this app and all the games I’ve downloaded through it.
