Honestly the app is good and all, especially with the content and resources but when it comes to offline I struggle to make that possible. I have been trying to download the resources both podcasts and videos and I have not been able to do so. Could you fix this please, would help for offline users like me

When hit the caption button, video’s audio is gone. Had to close the video then play again in order to get the audio back. Either can have caption without audio or have audio without caption :(
