The sound won’t play. Have re downloaded it multiple time. And wish it could go faster.

The app use to have sound. Now it don’t. I downloaded the voices, have it on enable. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no sound at all. Anyone know what I can do to fix it. Or will it fix it self. I even checked in App Store to see if I needed update but it says its up to date. Please help with sound
