Could be better, but it's ok enough to be a keeper on the phone. Improvements needed tho

I love this game. It is very similar to Plague Inc in terms of gameplay but the game itself is far more intimate. It can be challenging when you up the difficulty but it just adds to the fun when the victim tries to fight back. There's this guy at work, we'll call him Dave. I really hate Dave. I name most of them Dave. I like making Dave an STD riddled, morbidly obese dude with asthma. And then I kill him. Sometimes fast and painful, sometimes slow and painful. But it's always painful. LOVE this game! Kinda similar to plague inc, but different enough to make it extremely enjoyable.

How can I have all but two body systems completely fail and the victim makes a full recovery? That's BS
