Multiple times my order has either gone missing or lost within transition. I’ve tried contacting customer service about it and they don’t get back to me from a few, days to a week, and one time a whole month. It’s outrageous and needs to be improved. Don’t get me wrong, I love the product. BoohooMAN clothing is awesome. However the customer service is awful. They’ll tell you one thing but never deliver.

I’m gonna sound like a freaking bot but I just love boohooMAN too much😭 it has no flaws imo. clothes are so good and so cheap compared to other clothes in this style, shipping is good, returns are easy, and just everything is quite easy. Only little annoying thing is wish I had the option to choose the price of clothes that I’m looking for in filters, like I don’t wanna pick between “0-10, 10-30, 30-60” and so on, I wanted to set my own price.
