Low rating because there is no way to changing an appointment to another day without cancellation fee, even weeks in advance.

I have used Booksy a couple of times in the past. The price list description was available for me to see. I booked a braid appointment a day ago assuming the price was for the service started with braid length. The person called and advised me that price is for a bob. Booksy asks that I be cautious with cancellations. I cautiously cancelled. But I would ask Booksy to ask their provider to give specifics in the description.
