SPATIAL AUDIO ON AIRPODS WILL RUIN THE BINAURAL EFFECT!! Apple has made it as confusing as possible to control spatial audio on Airpods. You must disable it to get real binaural effect. At this time to disable spatial audio... have your airpods in your ears and play a BrainWave binaural program. On the iPhone open the Control Center (swipe down from upper right corner). Press and hold the volume control. Tap Spatial Audio on the lower right. Depending on head tracking settings you may see

I use this app a lot for focusing and relaxing. It’s the best since it’s background audio and can be used with other audios like YouTube or audiobooks. But I just wish there’s an Apple Watch app that I can quickly stop or switch between the programs!
