BreatheIn: Calm Breathing

Wish that it could be set up to remind me when to use it.

Good app for the price of a piece of candy.

There is something simple and effective about this breathing app. I have tried several and something just wasn’t right. This one gives you more than one breathing method and simple instructions. I do have one suggestion, between the inhale, holding breath, and exhale, maybe have some bell or chime for the changes then it can be done with the eyes closed. Again, great app👍

when I try this first time it’s interesting. it’s really calm you down. I would try it more and more days.
