User Reviews and Ratings
★★☆☆☆Online checkin
Absolutely awful experience online check in and getting boarding pass.
★★★★☆Good
This app is quite convenient and useful except that the writing is often quite small and thin and requires me to expand the font to see clearly
★★★☆☆Cannot manage all passengers
When you book a flight and want to checkin or add the boarding pass to your wallet, you have to find the booking and then it only allows you to manage one passenger at a time. You have to exit the booking and start all over again to find your child's boarding pass.
★★★★☆Functional app except for use of web pages inside app
App works as expected and offers good functionality in most places which is good.
The two irritations are:
The baggage allowance associated with your current boarding pass is a little difficult to locate.
The aspect that is poorly designed is that the app sometimes opens web pages inside the app and those web pages then include a banner that appears to suggest you should open the dedicated app. This type of behavior should be corrected.
