Very serviceable 'app' for bi-lateral auditory stimulation. In addition to EMDR, this 'app' serves as a personal metronome for setting tones/tempi conducive to mental states ranging from relaxation/meditation to focused concentration. I really like this app. I have chronic insomnia, and the bilateral stimulation puts me to sleep. My only complaint is that the app keeps the iPod screen bright and drains the battery by the time I wake up in the morning. I wish this app would keep running even when the iPod is locked so it doesn't use as much of the battery.

I purchased this because I thought I could utilize my own sounds/music bilaterally using the app but it doesnt have this function. It lets you have your music on (in both ears) and then layers the beeps into the background. Really no point in doing that because it cancels out the bilateral stimulation. The description is misleading about this. Disappointing. Save your $ and go for the cheaper app that does the same beeps.

Very nice EMDR player, does the job. And you can controll all the variables.

Very nice app, could you add background play, so I can play other songs at the same time this app is working. If you could add some processing modules for different traumas would be great. Thanks
