Your AI customer support is terrible. It put you in a loop and it will only reset your account taking all your progress and anything you have. All because it will not let me claim my reward and start the next daily ranked daily challenges. So I can’t compete in them. What’s the point?

I’ve been playing this game for years and every time it gets good here comes a bug that you can’t even report to be fixed so unfortunately I will be deleting again and trying back in 6 months and this time my karma just stopped working I can’t even touch it or the game will restart

I don’t know what happened but now I can’t look at my budhi tasks. When I tap it I get a pop up notification saying error restart game. It’s been a week.

Really enjoy the game but it needs an update badly. I haven’t been able to collect my rewards from the karma event for weeks due to the app crashing every time I try to collect from it. It also crashes going into the farm house occasionally. Fun game but needs the bugs fixed and the xp scale changed for us higher level players

My husband and I have been playing this game for I don’t even know how long. I recently got a new phone and my farm isn’t transferring over. Keep in mind I’m at level 100 or higher and my old phone took a hard crash. I’ve submitted a few tickets now and nothing…. Pretty disappointed honestly.
