★★☆☆☆Misleading information on the website
I recently purchased tickets with busbud. The website clearly has a form that allows cancellation. I tried to cancel the trip within around 30 min from booking time but was not able to do so. The information shown on the website is incorrect and has to be changed not to scam users! I also found cases where people got a refund for their trips but the agent that got my inquiry refuses to assist me. Very frustrating experience.

The ticket price changed three times while I was buying it - each time higher. It went up by $13 per ticket and since I bought two round-trip tickets, that’s quite upsetting. Buyers should be protected from such sudden price changes.

I’ve made several attempts to book bus tickets on this apps, with very mixed results. Several times, the payment wouldn’t process; I tried the next day, and it worked fine. The pricing is also so wonky - the price for my bus tickets changed twice between selecting tickets and completing payment. That is uncomfortable and feels scamy.
