I’m not sure why the reviews on this are so low, but this is easily my favorite game. No annoying adds and probably the best old school Bust a Move game you can get. It’s also huge, I’m in level 150 and not even half way through.
If you you were a fan of the original Bust a Move on Nintendo, then this is the game for you.

The developers have made unlocking certain characters far too complicated. Players are forced to grind for around 30,000 coins, which takes an excessive amount of time. On top of that, in-app purchases only allow gamers to buy maps. Why aren’t we, as players, given the option to purchase other content—like characters—instead of just maps?

The game is a must have for Bust a Move fans, but the only problem is summoning new characters cost too much coins. And on top of that you could get the same characters each summon. Hopefully Taito will lower the summon prices.

You have to be connected to the internet in order to launch the game. It checks for a connection at various points in the game; and stops the game if it doesn't find it. It’s a good game if you always have a connection, but frustrating if you don't. YMMV.
Another problem is that it lowers the volume of your music, even if you have SFX and background music turned off. I’m sure that this is a minor gripe for most players, but for me it’s a deal breaker. I haven’t played this in months for this r
