BVG Jelbi: Mobility in Berlin

Easy to use and buy tickets for the BVG. I had so many different applications for maps and ticket purchase and now that there is this singular one I can reduce my screen clutter. Danke dir!

fares are too high! 3 euro for 2 hours is a scam!!

Love the idea for this app, but registering was such a slow, endless, tedious and intrusive slog that I just gave up. Why do you need all this info? Why is it all so inefficient and inept?

Credit card validation is a little shaky but besides that is a good app to use!

I’m writing this review purely because I was so impressed using this app as a tourist for a week. It merges together all the public transit data you need. Location, arrival times, routes for every mode of transit. Even payment processing so you never have to leave the app. Tip: connect your Jelbi account to PayPal (which is then connected to your credit card) to avoid your CC getting declined which seems to happen to a lot of users (did for me too)
