★★★☆☆ Geolocation buggy

Geolocation is always loading forever, makes booking a ticket much too long of a process

Location detection is super slow. Takes at least 10 seconds to find closest station when buying a ticket. Then the fraud prevention features are just annoying and tbh just makes me wanna not buy tickets.

Can’t process my ticket payment with Apple Pay. For security purposes, this is not good.

BVG offers great service and the app works smoothly. However, when buying a single ticket, the “Valid from: Now” detail isn’t well highlighted. Many visitors (including me) assume they can activate later, as with paper tickets. A clearer prompt would make the experience even better!
